Two immediate design issues: 1) You have to hold X to get rid of every menu prompt. Yeah, they don't want to miss instructions by accident, but I HAVE TO DO IT EVERY TIME. 2) The glaring "*" that shines over is my journal for EVERY little new codex is my distraction nightmare.

It never goes so far that you confuse the actual mechanics. It's just annoyting that your character keeps pulling the gun out.
