Today in design details that drive me nuts, how the hell do I get rid of this useless bed time alarm that I don’t wantor need, especially as it takes up half the screen I need to use...pic.twitter.com/OhvZBmtIEK

I'm seriously thinking about going this route next time... https://twitter.com/BllocPhone
Okay, last thing. Whenever I talk about tech design and threads, I'm met with kind people who genuinely mean to help (mostly). The thing is that usually the points being talked about need another layer of understanding and negotiation.
"What do you mean? you just do this!" "No, I did that, I was really talking about this." "Then why didn't you say that?" "It's exactly what I said, you just assumed I was generalizing or meant x" And this goes around like an endless carousel.
I have no real solution for it, nor silver lining. Just that this constant dance is beyond exhausting and I love you all and wish you well and the happiness of clarity in design <3
yeah there’s a button to access camera roll inside of messagespic.twitter.com/Y4DI7CAJ8c
Hulk, are you ok? I’m on the latest iOS and it’s still right therepic.twitter.com/RH6xVlUQpT
If it's not clear, the photos icon above the Q is what you want. If you've started typing and that bar is showing you completion text instead, then you need to tap the apps button first (the grey one at the top between the camera and iMessage text). So it is two taps then.
I hate that change, but it can be as little as one extra click. Hit the camera icon, then the photos icon in the top left corner. You’ll then be back in texts with the camera roll open. Still worse than the old way, but better than five clicks.
also everyone saying "it's just one extra click" is missing the whole point. One extra click might as well be two more. It should be 1 click and right to the all-photos photo grid.
it's five extra clicks every five minutes and only takes five years off your life!
