The occasional anachronistic signs (“33 Taps” at Hollywood and Vine, “Ecclesia” on the church overlooking the Hollywood 101 entrance) were a little distracting (perhaps because relatively rare?)

Weird when films are shot in places you know well. There's a scene in the Ang Lee Hulk where one half of a conversation is an on-location LBL office I know, and the reverse shot of the conversation is clearly a set. Takes me completely out of it.
