There's no way to talk publicly about Once Upon A Time In Hollywood without being spoilery so I'll settle for this: It's terrifically entertaining. And yes it's a fairy tale, but for who? And why? And when it goes down that road, it has some moments of poignance and... some yikes

So it’s the things people like about Tarantino, with less of the stuff people don’t like about about Tarantino. So not Death Proof?

The rumor/allegation is a WILD choice to put in the script and leave hanging. The fireplace scene is the same problem as his past 3 endings, no?

I'm still trying to digest this film. Probably the less certain I've felt about any of his films.

Was hoping you’d say this. I was baffled. Not even that entertained. Felt like a lot of deleted scenes strung together. Lots of yawns.

I saw it right after finishing Easy Riders Raging Bulls, and I think i enjoyed it 45 percent more given the historical settings and milieu. Might be worth a try to more absorb that sweet 1969 energy?
