There's a lot of filmmakers / storytellers out there with good taste. They like the same stuff we do. They're often good at recreating the feeling of those good things with textures, moods and iconography. This is not to be belittled. But what they often lack is story sense.

When you lack them? It becomes tiring. You re-neg on growth. Character behavior becomes inconsistent. You retread the same cycles over and and over again. Nothing changes because you have no idea how to evolve the conflict into something truly different.

And with time, it reveals the simple truth that all you ever really had a was premise... And yes, this could describe a lot of work out there, but all this was inspired by a new season of tv show that just came out *insert shrug ascii guy*

I hope your book covers this
[And I hope it will be available on something other than an amazon kindle (I bought it the first time on the iBook store)]
(And if it’s not, I mean, don’t worry too much, I’ll pay a friend to buy it and we’ll figure something out)Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

I’ve only seen seasons 1 and 2 so far, season 2 isn’t as good story wise, but I found it pretty entertaining scene to scene. It is an entertainment genre, so couldn’t you say it still has value in that respect? Plus, it’s popular now, would it be better they Fuller House’d it?
