I absolutely agree. I'm just saying I understand why doing so might've been more difficult for Bruce than other characters.

Personally, MY idea to fix it would've involved having the Hulk personality resurface late in the film, maybe after Nat dies, and have Bruce realize he's better off ACTUALLY combining the two instead of just taking Hulk's body and otherwise being just Bruce.

Also up until Ragnarok each "jump" from the previous movie (AVENGERS = AoU = RAGNAROK), each new starting point, was a payoff to the setup left dangling in the prior movie? (Which FCH breaks down v nicely in the article).
