One of the biggest ongoing problems I have when discussing The MCU is how many people take the lip-service of a character's statements at face value, often evoking a momentary feeling / goal, while the overall dramatic text does not back that up lip-service whatsoever :/

Yeah I was gonna say her story is over but in talking about Tasha I've met a lot of resistance to that idea bc "the prequel" or "red on her ledger" which was not dramatic text, it was a placeholder for a story that was forever postponed until it was too late.

I'm not arguing around anything. I'm saying there's more to be mined dramatically in her story. She's had a handful of scenes with other characters. Some threads have been introduced, some went nowhere. A great script could add a lot more dimension to that character.
