Alright, so let me ask you something. Do you think the people that made this games are racist and intended this to reflect their biases.

It's not that simple. They tried to avoid racist caricatures, this much is true. But in doing so they erased depicting black people at all, when the game depends heavily on their music. It's not the same as being wilfully racist, but it's still problematic.
