I wish I got shock more than laughter. I wish I enjoyed this moment. Like I feel like if I read it on the page of a script i would like it. But in execution I hate it.

And I’m not trying to convince you. I just don’t see any other way to start the movie. It’s a subverts the audience and Rey’s POV and that’s the whole story of last Jedi. In my mind.
