Ahhhh. Assange. The problem with The Fifth Estate (remember that movie!?), much like the problem of the Social Network, is that they tried telling the story before the story was over.

The Social Network told ‘a’ story and a damn good one. It wasn’t a documentary and it wasn’t trying to be. Besides, there’s always room for other interpretations in the future.

It would take a long time for me to go into my problems with the back half of that movie and its lack of story, along with outlining exactly how that first half cascades spectacularly into their modern egregious privacy clusterfuck, so simple version: disagree
