That is one of the things that taught me how to use sriracha: I asked for it at a new Korean restaurant out of habit, then regretted using it. It's my new favorite place.

That is one... hot take. But I actually sort of agree. I often enjoy an excuse to eat spicy sauces, but I found I like to use sriracha (and its superior sister, sambal oelek) during cooking.
