McDonald's fries taste like chemicals and make my face feel like sweat oil. In-N-Out fries taste like potato and aren't bad, they're just inconsistent. I'm not taking at @ s a this times.
They're literally potatoes that you see getting diced, fried in veggie oil, then salted. They taste like that. And it's delicious. I get "matter of taste" but I find people's inability to recognize that natural taste bewildering and proof processing foods is bad?

Not to expend energy on an argument about fries, but I've had fresh potatoes cut, fried & salted in any number of restaurants (including my kitchen) that didn't taste like dry cardboard. I'm all about real, actual food. Just the method of preparation isn't for me, I guess?
