They’ll sell off redundant assets. Smaller companies and creators will have a chance at those assets. Fox could have sold to a more responsible buyer in the purchase agreement to protect the industry. Fox made the decision not to.

Comcast was a potential buyer. Comcast owning a media production company would have been worse. Disney can't choose to slow down every site that doesn't feature their content if they want to.
