If I'm watching a cooking show, I want to see how what they're doing would improve what I'm already doing. Competitions don't help me do that.

I don't think you understand how insecurity actually works. You don't *feel* it but it obviously drives you to pump up your ego and put down others as you make assumptions about them. It means you have insecurity the same Trump does. Hint: that's not good.
