It doesn't actually matter if I think you're writing a piece that gets at broader topicality of acting / other actors / or have been talking about that subject for decades. Intent is meaningless. There's only the conversation as it actually exists.

Especially in systems where it's so easy for men (i.e. me) to benefit from the prior brilliant work of women / POC. I care about this stuff so much and get anxious as hell cause I don't want to fuck it up, but I do. And have. And have now.
