Thanks! I'm mostly a "sustainability" dude. It was inspired by the sustainable seafood approach of @providence_LA and a lot of the writing of Mark Bittman - I eat mostly vegetarian. What are your feelings about lab grown meat, since that seems to be a direction we're exploring? I'm omnivorous, and I'd take it in a heartbeat.

You guys should try “Beyond Meat.” I’m a vegan that loves/misses the taste of meat a little & Beyond is REALLY good!
