As a friend here I am going to say the camera op is just as integral as a prod designer, as is an actor as the subject, etc. including a director and DP seems like a fair place to draw the proverbial line. Not sure it falls into the do better line of morality and inclusion.

Spence seriously I dont know what the hell is going on right now but this is a weird line to take. Again i can even make a better argument for including the camera op over PD. But its not the point. Theyre all amazing, But the DP is a perfectly reasonable place to stop for OPS.
