Totally agree! But things don't have to be equivalent to both be bad. Like, imagine you work in an ER. You have to triage. You treat a gunshot wound before you treat a sprained ankle. But you don't tell the person with the sprained ankle that their injury isn't real. Right?

Or you can acknowledge that the whole thing is, just as it was in the civil rights movement, a conscious or subconscious manner of thinking designed to prevent oppressed groups from speaking out.
