People get caught up in endless games of micro-debate with what is / isn't racism and who is / isn't, which often obscures the point. So answer me this instead: What do you really want? Because you don't know someone until you know what they want.

There are inevitable levels of hypocrisy or unaware behaviors and systematic issues within there. Of course there are. But to proceed without understanding what "you" want is the path to disingenuous dialogue. So say which of those two you want and quit wasting my time.
