And your brain starts spiraling, trying to identify and look for the danger. And so the truth is treatment is often about turning into the emotional release or treating the physical / breathing / heartrate, etc. It has ZERO to do with logic.

But thank for shooting from the hip and assuming that it does, without realizing that it's like saying you can logic your way out of a broken arm. You have to think about mental health differently, friend. Really.
