like is you're just sitting there doing your best and all of a sudden. BAM. Your body thinks you're under attack. It's literally the same exact feeling. Only there's NOTHING causing it. There is no mind controlling it. It's your body PHYSICALLY reacting.

And your brain starts spiraling, trying to identify and look for the danger. And so the truth is treatment is often about turning into the emotional release or treating the physical / breathing / heartrate, etc. It has ZERO to do with logic.
