disrespectful to everyone, from Lucas, to Hamill, to the fans, and completely unnecessary to boot, what an absolute tragic shame, I feel intuitively that J.J's outline for 8 and 9 would have been far more respectful, logical, cohesive, and satisfying for the majority of fans.

To conclude, I think Rian Johnson handled almost every aspect of this film, from scrapping J.J's outline onward, in the absolute most arrogant, egotistical, and self-centred way he possibly could. Star Wars is an entity in it's self, it's not his to manipulate and deconstruct.
