the truth is I need to stop, breathe, use new tools, remind myself of what I've learned and not let the anxiety do the talking and dictate my behavior. More so, I also have to let the emotions behind the anxiety come out.

I have to be willing to be angry, cry, and express as release into a free space, not project it outward onto others. I've been learning so much about myself that way. Learning how much I can actually control. Learning how much I cannot worry about others and whatever they think.
