yeah maybe I misphrased, it’s definitely no Sopranos / Mad Men. but there’s definitely some episodes and character arcs that felt spot-on, psychology-wise, and extremely relatable

Well, I don't know what to tell you then. For me, it nails grief and mental illness to a damn T, and like many people, I've dealt with both. It also deals with religion and the ambiguity nearly perfectly.

I think it explores grief beautifully, I don't think it nails it. But that's a complicated thing in the difference between understanding something on a cerebral level and a dramatization level.
