that’s why the next point after putting it in rise was “take it apart and dry it”.
I do think now that skipping the rise step and either taking it apart yourself or taking it to an Apple fix place ASAP, is the way to go though -
So, theoretically and ideally, the rise would absorb the moisture, then you take it apart and clean if rise is stuck anywhere, and dry whatever rise hasn’t absorbed.
