Almost every employee at my local Apple store remembers me in every interaction they've had with me while I was there. It's kind of crazy to hear.

Ours is open but only along desk in the front with several windows like tellers to bring you your stuff. The only equipment you can actually look at is the Apple watch. (Source: I called them today and asked them.) 5/15
