http://Wcostream.com has the dub on there, it’s one of those free websites with ads on the sides but if toonami isn’t available for you then it works
I use it all the time with Adblock, have been using for about two years now and can even use it on my phone! So take it with a grain of salt but my experience with it has been awesome

I’ve never used kissanime! So I wouldn’t really know, I’ve just used this website for everything over the years, I’ve never had issues with it other than exiting out ads and such
