My wife deals with this kinda nonsense. She had someone at her office say they didn't want a cake for months then changed their mind the day before their birthday.
Hey! Stop ordering cakes less than 24 hours before the day you need it! Unless you didn't know you needed it in the first place or some other legitimate reason, dont do it

That sounds about right
some people are so crazy about it, we have premade cakes at the ready where I work, but people are always insisting they get super customized, beautiful, AND cheap cakes in less than 20 minutes
