Why are those companies different from others?. Pretend you have a "Party company". You are a catholic. Some satanists try to contract you to organize a party full of blasphemy and etc. Why should you be obligated to work for them?

They deliver essential services. You can't cut gas and deprive someone from heating his home to freeze to death because of opinions or views that are not liked.
