I don't use an NIV and prove to me scripturally where Peter went to Gentiles after Cornelius? I won't hold my breath waiting but I will say this that's why Paul confronted him twice and excoriated him because Peter refused to eat with gentiles.

Sorry, "unlearned and unstable" in KJV. Who exactly do you think Peter is instructing in his epistle about them not understanding Paul's epistles, if not the same Christians Paul is instructing! And Peter has to be writing his epistles at the same time in order to refer to Paul's

Again, if you understood scripture you would know it tells us and Galatians 2 that Peter was the Apostle to the circumcision and Paul was the Apostle to the Gentiles the uncircumcision. Peter wrote to Jews and Paul wrote to both because the body of Christ consisted of both.

Sorry, nope. He's refuted your personal theology, objectively. Peter's letters had an audience. Either the audience was: 1. Jews - and Peter was telling them Paul's letters & gospel apply to them 2. Gentiles - and Peter has authority over them Both refute your theology

And well done Desolate. I didn't see that angle of questioning before. Neatly exposes this particular heresy.

Indeed, his dispensationalist "theology" turns the apostles into cartoon characters. Peter talked to a centurion but never preached again Christ's message to anyone who was willing to hear unless they were Jews. Peter must submit to this, but Paul can preach to whomever he likes.

Did you bother to read Galatians 2? It clearly says that Peter was the Apostle to the circumcision and Paul the only apostle to the Gentiles.

It was literally just explained to you, you are talking in circles, asking the same question over and over bc you have no logical reply. Take a break from twitter, you are losing it.

Listen, Peter did not teach what Paul taught. He was so steeped in Judaism like the other 11 and even he found Paul's writings difficult but he knew enough to refer his Jewish audience to Paul for Doctrine.

So steeped in Judaism that he commanded in Acts 15 Judaism isn’t God’s Way anymore. What? Saint Peter was writing to various peoples, not just Jews.

Weird how Paul went to the Apostles to resolve the circumcision issue....

To be fair, he did assert as much in verse 2. Those who disagreed with him did not respect his authority UNTIL Saint Peter made it completely official. Obviously, the dissenters couldn’t disagree with the Pope and remain Catholic.
