Any explanations for why those neighborhoods in particular? Interesting that several of them like 16th street heights are some of the LEAST densely populated. Weird.

I think it has to do with age as well as race. I’m in Michigan park and nearly all of my neighbors are very elderly. In fact, my 97 year old neighbor passed away just the other day. Waiting to find out if it was Covid.
