Andy Harris, who blocked D.C. from legalizing marijuana, is now proposing a rider prohibiting D.C. from decriminalizing sex work in response to a bill by @cmdgrosso.
"That’s not the reputation this capital region wants to have, especially on our federal property," Harris said
