Game preservation is pretty awesome, but it's got a long way to go! I'd like you to spread this as far as possible. Many DS and Wii games have their online restored on actual hardware, but one game that remains lost is Pokémon Dream World. YOU can easily help find this. (Thread)

I miss when it was a common and accepted practice in a fan space to have a "crack" belief. Something so wild and outlandish that there was no possible way for it to be real. Yet everyone had fun with it. Now it's "for every hour my headcanon isn't validated a hostage dies."

I wanted to make a thread of observations about scans of Gen 1 Ken Sugimori art since I own a few guides in English and Japanese. It seems both versions of the art were used in Japanese guides and the more “washed out” scans were prevalent to US guides (but not exclusive)
