Did some reverse image searches and the most I could find was "japan" and the "Fukushima area". As it looks like it's gone back to nature I'm guessing around Fukushima Japan.

Well, because I love looking into stuff like this I found a lot of people mention Ishima Island. Lots of people discounted that but on inspection it might well be.
