Bernhard Lang's 'Stahlwerk' is one of my favourite photographic series. It captured, out of a little aircraft in November 2019 (not a drone), the ThyssenKrupp Stahlwerk in Duisburg, North Rhine-Westphalia, one of the biggest steelworks in Europe
By abstracting the landscape, you can sometimes see into time, over the millennia, into the geological ages of the Earth, truly understanding why humans are not only biological but also geological beings

Nice Walleye/ (better pikeperch) fishing near the coolwater inlet and pretty impressive steelwork (visited once).
