I had a painting teacher who loved to explain how all colors are actually a shade of gray because no color you paint is ever truly pure. Grays are underrated.

An amazingly beautiful picture! Caillebotte is unfortunately not so highly rated as he should be. Some of his paintings are absolute first class.
