I have a soft spot for ekphrastic poems and I have written one about this photograph (now in my new poetry collection, 'Habitat'), but this is not the point—the point is that this photograph is still an inextinguishable mystery to me and I can’t stop looking at it...

So desperately want this photograph on my wall. You almost want to step into that reality. Powerfully mysterious, which should be the goal of a photograph in my personal opinion.

It's weird how the two figures seem connected and not connected at the same time. The beauty of the picture fuels its mistery and viceversa. Thanks for sharing.
