2nd Update - Detectives & officers have arrested the 24 year old Black male responsible for the shooting at Winco this afternoon. He was taken into custody w/out incident in FW and will be booked at KIng County Jail on Assault 1st degree charges.

Shooting update.. 30 yr old male airlifted to HMC in serious condition, expected to survive. K9 track ended w/negative results. Suspect is a Black male in his 20s wearing a dark clothing. Was being escorted out of business after refused sale of alcohol and being intoxicated.
