On-chain governance doesn't apply to exchanges, and like I have said (numerous times, again), major exchanges are never going to voluntarily burn tens of millions of dollars.

So you didn't reach out on behalf of many your followers and raise the issue with exchanges... you could influence them for the good.

Rex, no he can't. Nobody can. FatMan is doing an incredible amount of good for the community. He is clearly doing the best he can (and a lot better then, well, anyone as far as Terra is concerned)
