Wouldn't it be way better to quietly get a court debt judgement and have it enforced? Platforms aren't going to touch user funds based on a Twitter announcement, and that thread will definitely turn up the heat on 3AC from other counterparties... Not sure it was the best move

My position is just that in some scenarios based on specific sets of facts I could see that thread as being a good idea. I have no idea whether it was the best play here since I don't know their situation.
