Comment from an insider familiar with the matter: "Very few people know that in the early days, the founder literally just let random people run Celsius. In later stages, he hired horribly inexperienced people, outsourcing everything carelessly without any proper vetting."
I mean the CFO has relevant work experience. Hard to beat an actual fraudster when it comes to risk and AML monitoring.

It is amateurish. He had a few people helping him out (hence 'most' management) but in the early stages, *all* of the actual software development was just handed to MVP Workshop with zero oversight.
