come on, this is ridiculous... exchanges have no fault, customers should have read the contract and are aware of the risks, is like losing your money in the casino and claiming it back to the owner, we want decentralization, but when the money is lost we look for blaming others
Some exchanges are definitely not liable IMO. In particular, I liked FTX's branding - TerraUSD was separate from their normal USD basket. But Binance advertised UST as, and I quote, 'fiat-backed' and 'pegged 1:1 to the US dollar' - those are lies, and scamming is not cool.
