Not sure why no one has mentioned this, but Bitcoin doesn't work like that - it's not like Ethereum where transactions require an iterative nonce - you can spend inputs even if a transaction from the same address is stuck in the mempool. I'd like to know how much CZ knew about Do's large deposits, i.e. whether it was obvious from his perspective that Do was draining liquidity. There again Huobi and KuCoin are in the same position and likewise if they had suspicions said nothing.
