The principle of wrongful / fraudulent trading likely kicks in to impose liability on controllers.
Would love to see how it plays out in crypto.

yeah. unfair preference would also be interesting to see if they bailed out their own personal accounts
They will definitely bail out institutional investors & friends if given the chance. Retail always holds the bag.
