Nothing you have told us has been actionable ! You got us all built up saying you are taking them to court.. Then stated your "LAWYER friend thinks its a bad idea"
That's an outright lie though. We are filing a class action against TFL, and I am actively working with both prosecutors and regulators from various countries helping in any capacity I can. Turns out a lot is actionable (according to law firms, who know the law better than I).

1,961 UST victims (and counting) including myself will be a part of the class, spearheaded by two to three highly experienced law firms. I will announce details once everything is in place, but we will be suing the exchanges first. Announcements coming very soon.

And by "working with regulators" you mean starting your own validator node that you started with LUNA/LUNC you scooped off the bottom?

I started a non-profit validator in an attempt to help UST victims (since apparently no one else is) using $1,100 from my own savings. I have not bought any LUNC or LUNA since the fork. By working with regulators, I mean working with regulators. Please be constructive...
