To the LUNC crew: I support this proposal and I hope it is enacted. https://stake.id/#/proposal/4080 Instead of burning 1.2% of every transaction, it will burn 0.35% of each transaction's fee with 0.15% going to ecosystem devs. Great choice IMO - slower burn, but way more sustainable.

@FatManTerra Why are we getting ZERO communication on$wLUNA. Supposedly “pegged” but look at the charts. Looks NOTHING like$LUNC. We are completely in the dark.5 replies 2 retweets 26 likes -

string private _name; string private _symbol; So these lines must contain some values that default to the new luna instead of lunc so they had to make some sort of tracking code that tries to track lunc value but keeps going bonkers from time to time.

So their logic is that a name can be changed to anything and the original name doesnt matter. With this logic they could change the name to wrapped luna shit token and tie it to lunc. But infact the name and symbol are the core part of the contract that cannot be changed.

Yes, the name doesn't matter. What matters is the token and network the contract is tied to. wLUNA corresponds to the Columbus-5 blockchain. Phoenix-1 is an entirely new blockchain - it's not an upgrade or a fork - it's a brand new token. Regardless of the name, it's not related.

Thank you again for the ONLY morsel of communication the
$wLUNA community has received@FatManTerra Any opinion on why$wLUNA chart DOES NOT follow$LUNC ? Like not even in same ballpark Supposedly pegged but at this point it’s obvious something is broken. What’s causing this ?pic.twitter.com/GqVcxMpbBD

CMC is unreliable for illiquid markets due to their indexing system for charts. I suggest looking at DEX pairs for more accurate figures (eg. https://www.dextools.io/app/bsc/pair-explorer/0x0f8e31ce605f225c336dead35304d649ae8fad04 …) since most of the volume goes on there. It's not pegged per se but it should mirror LUNC through arbitrage.
