Just FYI - a lawyer from a top firm told me the reason LFG hasn't sent out the refunds they promised yet might be that they're working out legal considerations: a small refund, in some jurisdictions, can be seen as an admission of guilt and may work against them in court.

According to Fatman proposal 1.5 b is enough for a cap of 250k. Taking 25% more for exchanges and other chains it goes to 1.8 b . And subtracting 20% who have sold their
