Just FYI - a lawyer from a top firm told me the reason LFG hasn't sent out the refunds they promised yet might be that they're working out legal considerations: a small refund, in some jurisdictions, can be seen as an admission of guilt and may work against them in court.

What “refunds”? Can you be more specific? I don’t recall LFG ever acknowledging or communicating refunds would be sent.

They've pretty much already admitted liability IMO - that aside, they should do the right thing, stick to their promise, and call it a 'donation' instead of 'compensation' to mitigate the legal issues - people are still broken and hurting.

There are no more residual UST holders I suppose. Hope everyone has sold the worthless UST. So who will they compensate?
