I don't know, if we were in tradfi we could blame binance... but who in crypto reads only one piece of information and goes all in?
Whether Binance US is to blame or not is a different matter entirely - IMO, just for asking, your account should not be arbitrarily restricted. It's a harsh punishment for asking a question. Just in bad taste.

So I might mention the kraken support, they answered my questions two times. They needed 6 minutes for the first answer and 23 for the second. It was a qualified and no prepared answer. But ok, I didn't want money of them
