2. How do you receive 2 test transactions, confirm that is all good & correct (yet you never, ever deployed a Gnosis Safe on Optimism). 3. Receive the big amount and say "oppsie, is not ours". #OP team was pretty transparent.

I hate these moments. 1. Bad actors can open shorts on perpetual / futures platforms in the time-span before hand the "transparency" ann. 2. Rebuying won't repay the damages done to perpetual traders that were involved in a "long" position. So the damage clearly ripples.

Hey, not much to add here. Clearly our processes failed and yes, more people will suffer from this. All we can do is to own the (substantial) loss, be transparent about it and catch the mfer who did exploit it
